What data we process

Only what you send us when you get in touch: your name, phone number or email, and the content of your message. The website has no forms, requires no registration and uses no cookies.

Why and on what legal basis

To answer your request and put you in touch with a specialist: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). We only pass your data to a specialist with your agreement.

How long

For as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who else is involved

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which records technical connection data (such as the IP address) for security and operation, and may count visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors. WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp (Meta) services and email through the email provider. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Hotmart and Google Maps lead to third-party websites with their own policies. Embedded videos only load after you click, in privacy-enhanced mode.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to and portability of your data via [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
